During some maintenance work in the DC, the wrong rack has been powered down, the systems are recovering.

We saw some reboots in 2 iwstack clusters and we are currently investigating the problem.

It is not OK, we still have some instances unable to start dues to various issues. Mostly those paired with virtual routers or which have on interface on an internal network. We are investigating each case, please open a ticket if you have such a problem after you tried rebuilding the virtual router...

There was a burned switch and the backup also locked due to a power issue.
Should be OK now.

The secondary storage switches are unreachable.
The unavailability of the secondary storage forced the nodes to halt.
Someone is checking the switches in the datacenter.

I think this is a misunderstanding, we do not take any back-ups unless otherwise noted, only on our premium products, even then, they are for the bare metal restore, NOT individual VPSes, so, they cover the case of RAID card or multip...

We gave up trying to recover the data, fresh VPSes will be delivered to the customers which wish to continue with the service. PM67 will be reinstalled when the disks will arrive, until then we can offer a VPS on another node. Please remember to take backups all the time if your data is valuable, no...

1 Disk failed and another has errors. We will be offering 1 month of credit for this situation and remind everyone to keep a backup of their data on one of our free ftp plans.
