We recovered a lot of data, sorting it out now. If you do not have backups (very bad idea) please open a ticket, we will try to solve the requests in order.

Hello! As you have been notified if you had a service on it, pm28 experienced a complete failure, even IPMI wont work. Unfortunately, it seems it died slowly and corrupted the data on raid. Mystery solved: DC shut it down due to a mistake in renumbering servers.

While all VMs are up, we are still investigating. The system has the weird date of 6 october, something went wrong there and I am not touching it until Salvatore will be available in the morning.

The IPMI pinged briefly, so they are working on it. I hope it is something that can be fixed quickly.

The server seems powered off, we cannot connect through IPMI either, at this time we do not know what is the issue, asked the DC tech for help.

pm73 locked an hour ago and in spite of our efforts, is still not back up. We are investigating some issues with the OS disk. There is no hint of VM data corruption at this time, which is on the raid, separated from the OS.
A disk change may be needed and a reinstall.
