Hi all,
I've been checking WHT a lot lately and, to my pleasure, it has come to my attention that my Country (Italy) is home to one of the best and oldest VPS providers on the market! That's so cool

Together with other friends we're working on a social commerce startup. We'll most probably be based in Florence Technological Incubator.
We're going to need some customized solutions for our business in the near future.
I'd like to know if it's possible to get in touch via phone with your team in Milan.

Hello !
Thank you for your nice words !
What we can offer regarding custom solutions:
1. Custom plans for VPS;
2. Custom plans for Shared hosting (regarding quotas and such, not installed software);
3. Custom dedicated servers;
4. No minimum comittment or setup fees (for very special things such as dedicated servers built to order, this is not valid).
We do not offer phone support, unfortunatelly.
There is occasional live chat support.

You deserve that! Besides, we are both Italians (I presume)
I see. In fact I've tried a few times to call your office phone but it's just a fax.
Having the chance to be able to talk with someone would have boosted my confidence a lot. Oh well.
Anyway I'm curious to try your VPSes. Maybe in the following days I'll get one.
Cordialmente,
- Luca

Thank you.
It's not a matter of trust but really of confidence

I'm such a noob about managing servers...
