Emergency maintenance pm31/38

We have to bring down pm31 and 38 on a short notice.
Everyone will be moved on spare servers with same specs.
pm37 will also have to be moved at a later date.
The move will inflict a minimal downtime (1 minute at most) on every container as it progresses.
No other problems can be foreseen at this time, I will keep you posted.

The move happened without incidents (one container overquota had to be moved while offline).
pm37 will also be moved, but it is not so urgent there.
