Hello !

We are currently investigating intermittent network issues with pm19/21.
The network does not go down but slows and there is packet loss. The cause does not seem to be an attack.
Will keep you informed.

We are taking the nodes down and will also perform some needed upgrades.
Unfortunately, still no idea what causes this, network is normal sensors normal. We keep investigating.

Maintenance complete on pm19, VMs coming back online.
We will see if this bug is still present. If it is, will reconsider options with pm21. If not, pm21 is next.

We are fairly confident the problem has been contained. There should be no more problems normally.
PM19 had to be brought down for maintenance, but we managed to keep pm21 up all the time even though network suffered.
On pm19 some VMs had to be killed forcefully because they hung at the shutdown, in the future, please remember to unmount ISOs even if you boot from disk only, when the NFS link fails the VM might hang. If your VM did not restart on pm19, you should be able to start it manually from solusvm.
Please accept our apologies, the node had 543 days uptime, though.
One of the reasons we started the cloud is to be able to perform maintenance without downtime.
