Hello!

pm64 is experiencing soft lock-ups, we are investigating this issue, an emergency reboot might be required.

pm64 has been rebooted as the soft lockups were not stopping.
We will put up a replacement server and, if the latest upgrades in kernel and Xen stack do not solve the issue, we will move everyone out.
We are sorry for this issue.

We will be migrating everyone starting in 48 hours or so.
No IP change will happen, data will be kept, but, depending on disk size and data on it, it may take a couple of hours. (Edit: migration has been postponed)
Whoever has a jessie (debian 8) installation, that will fail to boot, please change to an older kernel (from wheezy) and increase timeout in grub, we will make it work but needs some tweaking.

We realized this will not work in bulk due to the hours long downtime.
As such, please open a ticket to schedule migration after you prepared for it. We will do it within 24 hours.
The migration time depends on disk size and disk fill, it will take many hours for hundreds of GBs. If you can remove some files or backups for the migration, it will take way less.
Please contact us for scheduled migrations, we will move everyone in the end, but it is better to move the critical processes people first at their convenience.

Migration is scheduled over the week-end.
Please contact us before if you wish to migrate before or you have a special case, such as Debian 8.

Migration started. It may take a few hours for every VPS, so it will not end over the week-end.
