Disks or raid card are appearing to be damaged, we will have someone on site soon.

1 Disk failed and another has errors. We will be offering 1 month of credit for this situation and remind everyone to keep a backup of their data on one of our free ftp plans.

We gave up trying to recover the data, fresh VPSes will be delivered to the customers which wish to continue with the service.
PM67 will be reinstalled when the disks will arrive, until then we can offer a VPS on another node.
Please remember to take backups all the time if your data is valuable, not only things like this cna happen, but also hacking, accidental deletion of the wrong folder, updates going wrong, there are many potential problems.
If your data is of low importance, have one backup, if so-so, have 2 and if very important, have three, if possible at three different moments in 3 different locations.
Please remember we do NOT take backups for you unless otherwise stated, especially not on low budget services.
We offer everyone the possibility to take a free ftp storage account, 10 GB, if you need more, you can take one of the paid plans, but very few people take this offer or bother, then threaten to sue for the loss of their multi-million dollar data stored on a 5 EUR a month VPS.
