The server seems powered off, we cannot connect through IPMI either, at this time we do not know what is the issue, asked the DC tech for help.

The IPMI pinged briefly, so they are working on it. I hope it is something that can be fixed quickly.

The server has been rescued, we are yet to receive a RFO.

While all VMs are up, we are still investigating. The system has the weird date of 6 october, something went wrong there and I am not touching it until Salvatore will be available in the morning.

Mystery solved: DC shut it down due to a mistake in renumbering servers.
All good.
