Usual problem with some or all browsers (depend on OS or OS config) are:
- unable to load the serial console
- missing plug-in click for info (java related)

Serial Console using SSH:
- click on Serial Console
- click on "View Connection Settings" for the login details, if you SSH using those details you will be dropped into your VPS with root access.
