Do these software not heavy on cpu and disk resources?

I don't know, but, as a general rule, we can take higher than usual CPU loads, it is the disk operations that are the bottleneck in the industry.
If you need more CPU, that can be arranged (in reasonable limits, even if we have a bitcoin miner here...), io heavy apps on low plans are not welcome, in general.

is it easy to check our disk io if it's heavy or not?

There are tools and system values to look at but when you have one hundreds of users running on a node it's not so easy
Do you plan to stream something? Live or with recorded content?

Hello !
Music won't generate much io even if it is recorded (i.e. stored on the VPS and read from there because if you stream from your PC, won't have io at all).
Was waiting for spammers to see when we are known enough.
