Node 22

Two days to date with the old kernel on both pm22 and pm24. Still not too much to declare the things stable...

After more than a week with a stable node 22 and also node 24 where most VPS from 22 were moved, yesterday night, node 22 experienced heavy load due to a FS lockup and we had to reboot it after seeing the kernel was unable to pass the lockup for some time.
This is not related to the old reboots, seems that this round of kernels is stable enough at least so far, it might have been a rare race condition between quota and delayed write of ext4 FS exactly when quota was up. That is not definitive, just an educated guess after searching the bug lists for similar behaviour.
