1. Biz category
General caracteristics:
-Hosted on separate servers, undersold to keep space for maneuvering in case of problems.
-Low memory, low density per blade (usually 16 GB RAM, rarely 32).
-Weekly back-ups for the SSD plans
-All Biz plans have 20 GB offsite backup space which is enabled upon request. Further batches of 20 GB can be added at a cost of 1 Eur each.
-In addition to the regular ToS there are further restrictions regarding the software that can be run on these plans to make sure there are plenty of resources available and low risk of vandalism (DDoS). We do enforce our policy.

Note: There are discounts for paying quarterly/semi-annually/annually for the first 3 plans, for example annual payment for Biz Xen 2 is 30 Eur which means it costs 2.5 Eur per month. Discounts are given so that Paypal fees are saved and the price reduced if you wish to pay in advance for cheaper plans.

2. Windows Plans

They feature Windows 2008 Server, Standard or Web Edition. We can provide other Versions if needed but it will take longer.
These are highly configurable plans, manually provided within 24 hours from the payement, so it is not really possible to present the plans here. We can offer up to 8 GB RAM and 100+ GB storage. Just email sales if you need some strange combination that the WHMCS configurator cannot offer.
The control panel is Proxmox and the reload of the image cannot be done by the user, nor we provide the iso to be installed manually. This is because of licensing issues, but if you need a reinstall, just send a mail to support, we can also change version for you, but if you need this too often, a small fee will be charged (about 5 Eur).

Second part, Professional and low-end plans.

These are intended for more general purposes such as testing, learning and personal entertainment, development, monitoring DNS and whatnot, and have fewer restrictions. Unless otherwise noted, the storage is SAS2 raid or Fiber Channel.
These nodes are sold up to capacity but we usually have some spares for cases of instability or HW failure. Downtime is low, but it exists, especially on latest e5 nodes with OVZ that have seen a few reboots totaling a couple of hours last month for some VPSes because there was also downtime during the moving to a more stable node.
This being said, newer KVM and some of the older OVZ nodes on older hardware have 100+ days uptime. In the past, the older OVZ nodes also experienced reboots and soft lockups before they became stable, it is a bit of hit and miss, more an art than a science to build a stable OVZ node, now they are bought in batches and the stable HW/kernel combinations will be replicated on all.

Note: Monthly, quarterly and semi-annually payments are possible for most plans except the very small ones but the prices are higher to compensate for the overhead.

1.1 OpenVZ SSD plans

These plans feature pure SSD storage and small servers (tho we do not leave space like in the BIZ SSD plans, they are almost full).
They also allow gameservers and irc (tho I fail to see why IRC would need SSD), so, if you cannot live with a bit of packet loss or downtime due to a DDoS for some minutes, you should take the Biz plans. They also do not come with offsite FTP space. Back-ups for disaster recovery internal purposes are taken pretty often, but you should manage yours too.

3 Windows LET plans

Specially crafted to fit the LET listing criteria at least at the quarterly level. Have 1 core, 512 MB RAM, 16 GB SAS2 disk space and 512 GB Prometeus Premium Transfer. Same manual provisioning makes sure the plan is also highly customizeable, but also means it takes up to 24 hours to provision. Same Proxmox control panel.
